EVENT SCHEDULE:  

4:00 pm – Parking Lots open for Guests 

5:00 pm – Stadium Gates open for Guests 

6:00 pm – Match Start 

 

PARKING:  

Public Parking around Lower.com Field will be open at 4:00 pm. 

  • Pre-Purchase parking: The North lot is available to for pre-purchase at $5 per space HERE, Parking must be pre-purchased – lot attendants will not be able to take cash purchase on site.  
  • City Parking: The Astor Park Garage  and 600 Spring Lot will be available for parking through Parkmobile and may be purchased online as well. Cash parking will not be available.  ADA parking is available in these lots as well.  

TAILGATING:  

Tailgating is not permitted in any lots around Lower.com field. Portable restrooms, trash cans and other amenities will not be available in the parking lots. Lots are patrolled by their respective owners.   

 

TICKETS:  

Tickets are available for purchase for the west side of Lower.com field only – Sections 116-118 will be available for purchase HERE! – Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance and save to their phone to expedite entry.  

The Ticketing Office on the SW corner of Lower.com Field (South of West Premium Lobby) will be open for Day of Match Ticket needs.  

 

ENTRY GATES:  

Digital Tickets and working credentials are required for entry into Lower.com Field. Stadium entry will be located at the West Premium Lobby and will open 5:00 pm. Re-Entry is not permitted for this event.  

Full Security Screening and Bag Policy will be in place for this event.  

 

SECURITY SCREENING:  

All spectators and participants will enter through walkthrough metal detectors and security screening.  The Lower.com Field bag and prohibited items policies will be enforced.   

Fans are expected to follow all instructions of venue security and event staff. Failure to adhere to all policies may result in loss of ticket privileges and ejection from the venue. 

BAG POLICY:  

Lower.com Field is a no bag facility. Clutch wallets smaller than 5x8x1 inch are permissible after search. Larger bags must be returned to vehicles or discarded at the gate.   All medical/diaper bags will be searched.   

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

  • No bag larger than a 5x8x1 are permitted. 
  • Water bottles and cups including Yeti, Stanley and other containers.  
  • Animals other than Service Animals, including therapy animals are not permitted.  
  • Appropriate Team Signs, banners and flags may be no larger than 3’x5’ and may not be attached to any stadium surface or pole.  
  • Cameras with detachable lenses. 
  • Confetti Cannons, streamers and similar items are not permitted.   
  • Non- electric Blankets are permitted but must be unfolded prior to entry.  
  • Metal Stadium folding seats are not permitted – Seat pads are permitted.   

 

FAN AMENITIES:  

  • Cashless Venue – Lower.com Field is a cashless venue –  a Cash 2 Card Kiosks are located on the main concourse at section 108.  
  • Concessions – No outside food or beverage is permitted. Guests may purchase food and beverage at on both the main concourse at section 125 and section 107 and South Plaza  
  • Restrooms – Family, Men’s and women’s restrooms are available at Sections 120, 112, 107, 126 and the upper concourse.  
  • Charging stations – Charge Fuze charging station is available in the West Lobby for guests.  
  • Smoking/Vaping – Historic Crew stadium is a smoke, tobacco and vape free venue. 
  • Koorsen Guest Services Center will be open for all questions and accessibility needs.  
  • Chase Sensory Suite will be open and available to all patrons who need it.  

 

SEATING SECTIONS:  

Sections 116-118 will be open for this event.  

Seating for this event will be General Admission Seating.  – ADA seating is available on the main concourse.  

There will be NO spectator access to the field during this event.  

 

BROADCAST: 

The US Open Cup will be broadcast on YouTube
