Bag Policy

No bags are allowed into Lower.com Field with the exception of: diaper bags, medical bags, and bags smaller than 5″x8″x1″. Guests with medical or childcare needs will be permitted to carry a single bag into Lower.com Field. View our full bag policy here.

Cashless Stadium

Lower.com Field is a cash-free venue that only accepts debit and credit cards. We no longer accept cash. Cash2Card kiosks are available at Section 108 and the Crew Shop.

Entry Locations

Supporters with general seating patrons can enter the stadium through the following gates: AEP Gate (SE); CoverMyMeds Gate (SW); Tipico Sportsbook Gate (NW).

Premium ticketholders seated in any of our Clubs, Suites, or other Premium areas can enter through the following gates: AEP Gate (SE); CoverMyMeds Gate (SW); Tipico Sportsbook Gate (NW); West Lobby Premium Entrance (Located on Columbus Crew Way).

Express Entry

Lower.com Field offers Express Entry featuring seamless and quick access into the stadium through Facial Ticketing. Look for the yellow “Express Entry” signs above the turnstiles at each gate.

Mobile Ticketing

All tickets for Lower.com Field events will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from fans’ mobile devices.

Severe Weather Policy

Shelter During Severe Weather: In the event of lightning or severe weather, the event/match might be delayed. Listen to PA announcements, videoboard announcements, and Lower.com Field staff for directions on sheltering or evacuation.

There is a no re-entry for all Lower.com Field events, unless in the event of a medical emergency.

If the Event is rescheduled, the original ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event date. The Columbus Crew will inform the original purchaser of the rescheduled Event in a timely fashion.

Major League Soccer reserves the right to change the date and start time of the event for the safety and security of the players and fans. No such change shall entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
