The Club has expanded mobile ordering. Fans can simply scan the QR codes around the concourse, select the location, place an order, receive text updates and pick up their order at the Mobile Order Pick Up window in the selected location. Before the start of the 2023 campaign, fans are encouraged to download the official Columbus Crew app to take advantage of matchday mobile ordering opportunities.
Mobile ordering is now available at the following locations:
- Crew Grill (Section 105)
- Donatos (Section 107 and 132)
- Columbus Craves (Section 122 and 238)
- Hot Chicken Takeover (Section 124)
- Schmidt’s (Section 128)
- Dirty Frank’s (Plaza)
Loaded value on tickets for Group Packages: Making the process easier and more seamless for clients to get and redeem loaded value, the Club will be making loaded value for concessions available via the Crew app. Interested groups seeking more information should contact groupsales@columbuscrew.com.
